This paper attempts to shed light on the efficacy of university faculties in the Arab world in order to bring up qualified students caoable of dealing with the changing society in light of globale changes.

Objective: This paper aims to discuss the importance of the relationship between the efficacy of university faculties and students' learning in the Arab world, in order to prepare them for the changing labor market in various fields in the globalization age.

The importance: This stems from the fact that globalization and its effects on the field of education, especially at university level in the Arab world, need further research and discussion, particularly because most universities are new and face many problems and shortcomings which are expected to have impact on students' learning and suitability of present education for the labor market. Bringing up the graduates in an appropriate way is mainly the responsibility of faculties. This requires a certain level of efficiency. Therefore, it is expected that this paper might add some information regarding the relationship between the efficiency of university faculties and students' learning in order to bring up students adequately so that they can deal with constant changes in labor market. It is also expected that universities in the Arab world might benefit from this discussion.
