Abstract:
The SPBU Psychological clinic has developed and operates an anthropological model for the training of consultant psychologists, which includes several stages. Before the start of training students are selected which consists of two stages - they send a motivation letter and go through an oral interview with the leaders of the group. Then they go to the first stage. It is training in a group to develop counseling skills. A certification is carried out after the first stage. Student who have completed can go to the second stage. The second stage is co-consultation in pairs with a leading specialist of the clinic. The third stage is self-counseling under the supervision of a mentor. Training at each stage is accompanied by obligatory supervision. The article reveals the dynamics of the request for supervision at different stages of student learning. On the first stage supervision requests consist personal motives. Students have some problems with the frames of supervision. On the second stage they are more interested in client's personality than their feelings about it. On the third stage they are more ready to discuss relationship between psychologist and clients. It reflects professional and personal changes during the development of professional identity. Keywords:
