Abstract:
The study examined the effect of taking academic courses within the schools. As part of the students' preparation for getting to know the education system and acceptance in the schools and kindergartens, this year they began teaching several academic courses within the schools as part of the field experience. All the selected courses involve field experience with students in the schools and are taught throughout the year. The course facilitators combined meetings in the schools with synchronous / asynchronous plenary meetings. The lecturers of the course worked in cooperation with the pedagogical instructors and teacher teachers. The lecturers of the course gave assignments to be implemented in the schools and linked theoretical knowledge to educational practice. The lecturers of the course physically came to all the schools twice a semester and guided the students in working with the students. Throughout the year, two team meetings were held (pedagogical instructors, lecturers and head of department) each semester to coordinate the conduct of the courses and to provide solutions to the difficulties that arise in the schools.

The purpose of the study is to examine the satisfaction of students and lecturers from learning academic courses in schools.

45 students and 10 lecturers and pedagogical instructors who filled out questionnaires participated in the study. The student lecturers and pedagogical instructors filled out a questionnaire at two points in time: in the middle of the academic school year - when they had little experience in learning in the schools and at the end of the academic school year - after a year of experience in learning in the schools.

The results of the study showed that the students were less satisfied with their studies in the schools. The main difficulties they presented was difficulty learning from Zoom in schools due to technical conditions: there is no organized place where you can sit and teach, there is a lot of distracting background noise. Another difficulty was the distance of the school from their homes. The students also claimed that in the courses taught in the field they gave a lot of assignments and this created a lot of stress.

The course lecturers and pedagogical instructors also raised similar difficulties. The main difficulties were technical: there is no orderly and quiet place to teach. The field experience with students is very important, but we must create cooperation with the school.
