Abstract:
Double-teachers classroom instruction model focus on carrying out a long-distance joint instruction by teachers from different schools on the Internet to establish school-level cooperation, and creating the cross-school remote live instruction. Double-teachers classroom instruction model endows the interactive new connotation for E-education instruction model, and it creates a new mode for practical teaching of teachers' education. Double-teachers classroom instruction model provides a new way to improve the teaching quality of weak schools in rural remote areas and promotes the sharing of high-quality education resources. As an important indicator to improve teaching quality, teaching interaction reflects whether students deeply participate in the class. The research used frequency analysis, matrix analysis and curve analysis for quantitative analysis to the 12 recorded videos of volunteer teachers by reconstructed the interactive analysis coding system of class. The research comprehensively analyzed the problems existing in the current double-teachers class instruction interaction, put forward strategies to optimize the teacher-student interaction, and enhance the effectiveness of double-teachers class to improve the interactive effect .
