Abstract:
In August 2020, the Ministry of Education of China issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Teachers in the New Era, which pointed out that "teachers' colleges should be encouraged to take various ways to track and support the professional growth of rural teachers for a long time, and guide teachers in teachers' colleges and rural teachers to form a learning community, a research community and a development community." The construction of the professional community of urban and rural teachers is an important measure to promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education. Through relevant literature review, it is found that there are still many problems in the process of collaborative research and training of urban and rural teachers. For example, in the actual research and training activities, the role of "intelligence sharing" has not been played.

The main reasons are as follows:
1. There is no institutional guarantee for efficient interaction between urban and rural teachers;
2. The interaction between urban and rural teachers in research and training activities is not enough, and the interaction is too superficial;
3. The willingness of teachers to participate in research activities was not considered.

This paper uses qualitative research methods to explore the connotation, model and prospect of the interaction behavior of urban and rural teachers' network collaborative research communities, The following aspects are involved: First, through literature review, the evolution process of the interaction behavior mode of the entire urban and rural teachers' network collaborative research community is analyzed from the perspective of the ternary interaction theory, self determinism, situational learning, technology acceptance model and other multi-dimensional theories; Secondly, through the analysis of typical cases, it combs the interaction behavior mode of urban and rural teachers' network collaborative teaching and research community in different stages and scenarios in China. On this basis, the prospect of the design of urban and rural teachers' collaborative network research activities under the trend of intelligent technology development is proposed, which provides reference for the process design of urban and rural teachers' collaborative network research activities.
