Abstract:
In this paper, starting from the main problems faced by the French language group at the university, the authors present a methodology for improving the quality of processes, with industrial organizations as a source of inspiration. The aim of this paper is to investigate the best ways of improving the process of promoting the educational offer of French Language programs at the „Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu (Romania). Our research adopts a qualitative case study research method. Starting from the recurrent and questioning issue of the uncertain future of the French programs, we will first use the Ishikawa diagram to identify the matrix of alternatives evaluation. Secondly, we will focus on the frequencies cumulation and percentages of the causes of the decline of French language programs and will proceed to their analysis in order to point out the options and the corrective actions. In the third part, we will provide and examine the efficiency of good practices during the implementation of Francophone learner-oriented projects.
