Abstract:
A cross – curricular case-study was implemented regarding the degree to which the students of the special school can approach and be in touch to students of the normal school through music and dramatization elements. This kind of project took place in Nothern Greece, in the city of Xanthi. The two schools which participated were the Special Laboratory of Professional Education and Formation of the region Genisea and the High School of Genisea. The aim of this study was to bring in touch two different groups of children which they have also many common points as these groups consist by students who need the approach, the friendship, the amusement, the learning and the acceptance. All these children rights are very important and there is no place for society’s prejudice in this matter. During this kind of educational approach, we realized this need very well as we saw that these two groups of children can collaborate with each other in harmony without any serious problems. The problems in approaching are created by the immaturity of the society where we live. The real education is the only way by which any kind of racism and prejudice have to be removed and by which we should search, give importance and encourage all the good points of the children and not only their weaknesses. The familiarization and not the isolation of these kinds of populations should be a priority of all societies.
