Abstract:
Urgency:
Currently, there is a need to develop teachers ' ability to work in bi - and multi-professional teams. The result of the activity of such a team is transdisciplinary projects. Multiprofessional teams are in demand in digital pedagogy to create unique educational products – individually oriented e-learning. It can be a team consisting of a teacher, speech therapist, psychologist, defectologist, IT-specialist. By developing comprehensive educational programs, a team consisting of teachers, managers, professional analysts, psychologists is needed. Activities of several professional groups require the development of consistent principles of work, "common language", consistency of characteristic world pictures for individual specialists. Our experiments show that specialists are not always able to distinguish areas of activity, to develop joint actions in neutral areas. This encourages the need for additional educational programmes.
The purpose of the article is the structure and functionally modeling of the socio-humanitarian educational platform for educating teachers in the creation and implementation of transdisciplinary projects (further – Platforms).

Research Methodology:
It is based on the team design method. Each student has an opportunity to choose his own individual educational trajectory by a set of modules of Platform (nonlinear synergetic approach). Different professional experience does not allow making the content of education uniform for all professional groups.

Results:
Structural and functional model of the Platform has a block-modular organization and consists of three blocks: basic, interprofessional and transdisciplinary. The basic block includes a set of modules, in the course of mastering which students formulate the problem of activity and the purpose of mastering the course, constitute an individual educational trajectory. This block assumes the mastery of the students' theoretical foundations of teamwork and interprofessional ethics. Interprofessional block assumes primary work in teams consisting of two specialists of related professions (for example, psychologist and teacher). The transdisciplinary block is focused on activities in teams consisting of representatives of related and unrelated professions. As a result, the students create a complete life cycle project.
The technological basis of the Platform is social and human technologies. They allow solving educational problems on the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis of solid and flexible competences, suggest the integration of cognitive and affective (emotional-personal) components of education. They include discussions, design teaching methods, case studies, the analysis of professional situations, professional education tourism and development trainings.
