Abstract:
Objectives:
I see nowadays volunteering as an appropriate formula to equip students with the practical and theoretical skills, acquired in real time, acquired simultaneously with market dynamics and not with the pace of curriculum adapted harder, often exceeded because of bureaucracy.
Methodology:
Students work as volunteers under contract in innovative spin off created in addition to academic research centers.
To give a pragmatic and sustainable formula a mentality of institution volunteering to this vision must be developed. Once students will understand that working under a voluntary agreement will develop practical skills, will gain experience and all of these will allow easy framing in the labor market. They will work 4 hours per day, three days per week, 7 month per year.
Conclusions:
Universities, having a collaborative approach in addition to traditional forms of training, but also as a manifestation of their sustainable development and adapted to contemporary trends in the economy and labour market with a dynamic and high demands, will create besides university research centers flexible innovative spin-offs, adaptable to market demands.
Certainly the attractiveness of those universities who will do so will increase and you know why?
Because volunteering in a spin off of academic research centers should be:
- A very good workplace learning;
- An industry experiences;
- An entrepreneurship education.
And the above are not everything.
- So universities should have better prepared students for the real market labor;
- Research results may realistically be connected to real market needs, in accordance with the requirements and needs of employers.Keywords:
