Abstract:
The paper deals with the organization and use of Educational Multi-Agent System. The architecture of the Educational Multi-Agent System, the agent models, the rules system of the problem-oriented multi-agent solver and the types of knowledge base queries are described. The architecture of the Educational Multi-Agent System is based on the concept of learning modules, what envisages the decomposition of educational material into relatively small units of content designed for repeated use in different independent contexts. Modules for obtaining information, practical training and assessment of knowledge that make up the content of the completed educational material form larger training blocks: sections, topics, courses, subjects, disciplines. Learning Management System determines what content and when should be provided to the student. The Educational Multi-Agent System knowledge base stores information about the learning process and the learner's model. Knowledge control tools accumulate and process information about the implementation of control measures, generate questions and training tasks, implement semantic methods for analyzing answers of students. The Educational Multi-Agent System allows you to organize effective access to distributed educational resources, specify the main components of academic disciplines, assess the level of knowledge and skills of the student, select educational material and form its presentation in accordance with level and individual characteristics of the student, determine the optimal mode of the educational process (frequency and duration classes, the ratio of their types, the distribution of the teaching load, etc.). The results obtained demonstrate the expediency and effectiveness of using of the Educational Multi-Agent System in the educational process.
