Abstract:
An important dimension of the presented approach is its contribution firstly to the educational experience and its relevance for teaching and learning in the field of strategic management, the following application in practice for top managers. The application of fuzzy logic systems enables students and practitioners to better understand complex decision-making processes that involve uncertainty and qualitative judgment. By transforming linguistic variables into structured analytical models, learners can more effectively grasp the relationship between subjective assessments and formal evaluation methods. From a teaching perspective, this approach supports the development of critical thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making competencies, as it encourages the interpretation of ambiguous data and the exploration of multiple scenarios. Furthermore, it provides a practical framework for bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, thereby enhancing both the depth and quality of learning in management education. Selected aspects are often described using linguistic terms such as high, medium, low, strong, or weak. Traditional quantitative methods struggle to process such imprecise and subjective information, especially when data are distributed across departments or experts and may be incomplete or inconsistent.
