Abstract:
Tutors in different levels of education (Primary School, Secondary School and University level) develop different roles because of the different characteriscs of the students in each level. It is very important to identify the competences in each level and make adequate plans in each one.
In our experience as teachers in Secondary School and University level we have found different cases of students who have required us as tutors to guide their period staying at the institution (Secondary School or University) with more dedication than others. We know that our work has guided and helped them.
In this paper we show some of these experiences, explaining the tutor plan, the put in practice and the results obtained with our students. We have selected the most interesting cases and the ones that we consider that were difficult cases to show that an adequate work as tutors can help the students to improve and develop themselves as students and persons.
