Abstract:
XXI Century is a century of computer technologies. What need a modern man to feel comfortable himself in the new socio-economic conditions of life? What should be a role of school in the XXI century, to prepare a man for a full life and work? Modern school graduate, who will live and work in the third millennium of the post-industrial society should be independent, active, decision maker and should be flexible to adapt to the changing conditions of life. It is obvious that using only traditional methods of learning, to solve this problem is impossible. Therefore, we believe that scientific and reasonable use of innovative teaching methods play a significant role in enhancing the quality of education. Necessity of transition to the concept of education throughout lifelong learning and the life wide learning is recognized in the education system of Azerbaijan and other countries and is currently implemented by post-graduate training and re-training in the state, in some cases, non-state certified educational institutions. The success of all educational reforms depends on teachers personality and professionalism. Teachers training system helps teachers become highly qualified specialists that meet the needs of modern school. Institutions for teachers training must constantly seek new and effective ways to work with teachers. It needs to be clear that, it is not enough to be satisfied with the achievements. If the school is continuously changing, the teachers also must change.
Pedagogical type of career growth requires from specialist to be ready for continuous self-improvement and self-development. Teachers did not immediately become highly qualified, competent professionals during the implementation of professional activities. Development of key competencies of professional-pedagogical staff - the most important task which stands in front of each pedagogue and professional education institutions in general. Addressing this issue forms the basis of this important area of work of educational institutions such as the successful implementation of the teachers training of their employees.
Actual pedagogical problem is the scientific and methodological support for teachers training of professional educational staff for innovation, oriented for education system where teaching occurs not based on knowledge, but forms and methods of "extracting" knowledge throughout their entire lives. Modular technology is a training technology, which combines systematic self-search activity with the adoption of ready-made conclusions of science, including the course content a combination of different forms of learning and ways of organizing teaching, practice and research.
