Abstract:
In today's schools, we are more and more often faced with problems in pupils' behaviour, with behavioural disorders, which are mainly manifested by a tendency to violate the moral norms set by a given society, but sometimes they are violated beyond the legal norms formulated by the society. Teachers, psychologists and experts in the field are constantly looking for the causes of problem behaviour. Even with an initial educational approach that encourages, develops, accepts and is sensitive, we can have a positive effect on the individual and achieve some positive results in his behaviour and actions. We have explored how internal rules relate to pupil behaviour. Part of the research was to compare the internal regulations of schools, whether they correspond to the current problems of adolescents and adolescents, whether they sufficiently inform about the norms and rules of behavior in school, which pupils (students) should be informed about not only formally. We present the most interesting results of the research, which was aimed at examining the internal regulations of secondary and primary schools; we were interested in whether they reflect the current requirements for pupils' behaviour at school, whether they address the most common problems in pupils' behaviour and what the sanctions are for breaking the rules. Keywords:
