Abstract:
The article describes a particular technology management model for a university training course for the preparation of biologists and engineers in a virtual learning environment (mixed form). The course is created in accordance with the theoretical framework of the designed e-learning course, decomposing its building components and the connections between them. The proposed model is summarized, theoretically grounded and person-oriented. The main topic in the article is the implementation of e-learning process elements in a university course of pre-service biology teachers and engineering specialists in a virtual environment with their characteristics: Learning environment and intercommunication; Source of information (electronic resources); Computer supported evaluation; System for student's support.
Learning environment and intercommunication creates conditions for access to electronic resources for organizing training and intercommunication for computer supported evaluation and feedback. The electronic learning environments give the opportunity to create and integrate various learning resources, but the construction of some learning resources requires the knowledge of certain technical parameters and standards in its construction.
Participants of the study was students - future teachers in biology majors of Biology and Chemistry, Geography and Biology and Biology and English, 4th year of studying at Faculty of Biology, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bulgaria as well as students form English Language Faculty of Engineering, Industrial Engineering course, Technical University of Sofia. Keywords:
