Abstract:
Using writing in designing can be more effective with a few basic rules.
With the introduction of computer technology in designing more effectively, the frequency of typographic accidents has increased. Because of the abundance of writing characters, as well as drowning clumsily, we can surf with them. The mistakes frequently made, especially, by the newly started designer candidates, the situations that they have difficulty in sampling, will be presented together with their analysis.

The usage of computer brought many convenience to graphic design world. Designers got chance to see and show many alternatives at a short time by using computer. Therefore computer has an unchallenged situation at graphic design.

Typography is one of the most important elements of a graphic designer. For a graphic design student, learning the ways of using typography effectively provides an advantage. By increasing the number of computer users, typographical mistakes become widespread.

With this poster I will try to define some typographical mistakes which are made extensively and offer some practical solutions about them by showing examples.
