Abstract:
The number of Bulgarian communities abroad is significant, this predetermines the importance of Bulgarian cultural and educational institutions abroad in political, economic, demographic, cultural terms and in terms of preserving the Bulgarian national and cultural identity.

This report aims to examine the possibilities of organizational management culture in the cultural and educational structures of the Bulgarian communities abroad. It is argued that organizational culture (OC) is a reliable tool for the development of any organization in today's complex and dynamically changing environment. The study is based on the fact that the OC explains the ongoing processes in an organizational structure, and its importance is determined by the fact that it is one of the main factors for efficiency and a prerequisite for economic prosperity. It is emphasized that the application of various mechanisms for uniting the teams around the organizational goals and their empathy are determined by the principles of leadership and shared values. In this sense, building a sustainable organizational culture could not be an end in itself for the managers of the organization, and the study and analysis of management mechanisms themselves have a direct bearing on its influence on the attitudes, motives and behavior of all participants in cultural and educational structures of Bulgarian communities abroad. The purpose of the report is to examine the very formation of organizational culture in terms of the creation and functioning of an organizational structure, as it is extremely important due to the functions of internal integration and external adaptation that it performs. From this goal, several research tasks stand out: to clarify the conceptual apparatus of "organizational culture", to identify the specific policies, practices and attitudes for the formation of the OC; to draw conclusions and recommendations based on analyzed good practices from Bulgarian Sunday schools abroad and Bulgarian cultural institutes abroad. The scientific tasks of the research require the use of interdisciplinary research tools: analytical bibliographic research; learning models and best practices through information retrieval strategies; extraction and structuring of information; contextual modeling. Based on the studied good practices and successful examples of the potential of the cultural and educational structures of the Bulgarian communities abroad and the real economic results of them, the team summarizes the need for active, long-term and targeted policy and sustainability of government efforts regarding them and creating conditions for its financing, but as a rule they are the result of strong motivation and perseverance of people who develop activities in this field. They are considered as a sector with great potential for development and as an important factor in economic, political, demographic, cultural terms, which is determined by the fact that their development and stimulation is one of the priorities of the Bulgarian state policy. The European and Bulgarian strategic documents are analyzed. As a result of the scientific research, findings and recommendations for the Bulgarian conditions are presented.
