Abstract:
The quality of education is the heart of education. Since the reform and opening up, China's major education policy has to give full attention to the quality of education. In 1993, "China Reform and Development Program" proposed: "must fully implement the Party and the state's education policy, follow the regulation of education, and improve education quality and management efficiency." For the implementation of the strategic objectives of improving the quality of education, “China Reform and Development Program" required establishing education of quality standards and evaluation system at all levels, with special emphasis to ensure that higher education, vocational education and other aspects of quality. In 1999, the "Decision on Deepening Reform, the Decision on Promoting Quality Education," once again request "to improve education quality and efficiency." In 2010, "National long-term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020)" request "to improve the quality of development as a core mission of education reform", and compulsory education, high school education, vocational education, higher education, talent training, opening, management system, major reforms and pilot projects, etc., proposed to increase the overall quality of education specific requirements.
