Abstract:
In modern society bilingualism is among the most widespread topics due to ethnic and political factors, as well as geographical mobility. In era of globalization, social and financial prerequisites represent a significant role, when knowledge of two or more languages is considered as a necessary condition for studying or working in another country.

The paper calls into question of foreign student bilingual competence formation at the initial stage of training.

The article decribes the foreign students training (with native Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, French, Spanish) Russian and native speakers of Russian / Tatar languages - English, French.

The focus of the study is on the types of errors in the native and Russian languages caused by such a phenomenon as interference, since the linguistic consciousness can be characterized as the consciousness of the emerging bilinguals. The so-called national types of deviation are considered, caused by the convergence of the native and Russian languages at all levels of the system.

The authors reveal several typical errors at all structural levels:
- Phonetic errors associated with the lack of correlative sounds or various substitutions;
- Lexical errors associated with the peculiarities of lexical meaning expression in different types of languages.
- Grammatical errors due to the allomorphism of grammatical categories and methods of their expression;
- Etiquette errors associated with the difference in speech etiquette and the difference in cliches and formulas.

The article discusses various types of mixing and interference expressions at all levels of the language (within the framework of the level being studied).

The article presents a system of pedagogical techniques and exercises to monitor compliance with the norms of the language being studied.
