Abstract:
This research presents a module called results management integrated to two important tools: experience bank and discussion forum. The management module consolidates results on the quality of courses from the perspective of coordinators, teachers and students, across the country. The evaluated courses are part of a program from the Brazilian Ministry of Education. The purpose of this research is to add value to the results presented in the evaluation. That is, enabling managers to collaboratively construct the analysis of results. The management module synthesizes the results of evaluations by colors: green, yellow and red. These colors indicate their potentialities, needs for improvements and weaknesses. Through this synthesis, obtained by the management module, it was understood that one way of enriching the presented results would be to allow the registration of experiences and the use of forums to discuss these results. Thus, next to each indicator on the result, it is possible to access the experience bank both to register and to display information that justifies the presented result. Therefore, different institutions, with distinct features, can search for solutions to items, in which they are not well evaluated, in the experiences of other institutions with better feedbacks.
