Abstract:
At present, the vocational education in China has developed into a very critical stage. Especially because of the urgently need of high-quality applied talents, the professional practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges has become one of the key factors in the development of vocational education. All parties in society are trying to explore ways to improve teachers' professional practical ability in vocational colleges, but there are still some factors that affect their high-quality development, so it is urgent to put forward countermeasures and treatment methods from different angles. Only when the relevant educational work arrangement, policy formulation, ranks of teachers and other aspects are continuously improved, can the teachers' professional practice ability be truly improved. And only on this basis, can the vocational education achieve more outstanding achievements in the future. In order to put forward some valuable suggestions, the author as a teacher, reviewed and analyzed a large number of relevant literature about the vocational college teachers' professional practice ability, did research for higher vocational schools in different parts of the country, used the survey method, interview method and analysis method to study the problems and causes of present vocational teachers in professional practice. At last, he tried to provide some suggestions about improving the capacity of our vocational college teachers' professional practice ability.
