Abstract:
These days, cloud storage becomes the priority option in most contexts that are shaped by digitization. Therefore, the concept of cloud computing is gaining more and more interest in all areas and fields of applicability. Cloud storage is a model of data storage in which the digital data is stored in logical pools, said to be on "the cloud". Cloud storage is convenient and reliable, and it offers businesses a way to keep their data safe. Cloud-based solutions are more user-friendly than ever before and they offer a number of benefits that traditional software cannot match. In addition, cloud storage is scalable, so businesses can increase their storage capacity as their needs grow. As more businesses turn to the cloud for their storage needs, the demand for cloud storage will continue to grow.

We are aware of the problems that the education system faces, and in this regard from the point of view of organizational management and administrative perspectives, a cloud storage space not only ensures full time connectivity to information and data, but can represent a reliable backup of the classic data storage system in an educational setting. Also, when we think about the implementation of systems that ensure data storage in the cloud, if it is not about a physical data storage - printed documents, files or envelopes, a storage on internal servers, not only is it expensive, but it can present quite high risks and by these risks, we mean high data center failures.

Even if, it may seem like a relatively new phenomenon, cloud computing has actually been around for quite some time. The term itself was first coined way back in the 1960s, and the concept has been evolving ever since. In recent years, however, the rise of high-speed internet and powerful mobile devices has helped to accelerate the adoption of cloud computing.

Taking into account these considerations, through this paper we propose to present the perspectives that the implementation of software solutions based on the type of cloud storage could improve an educational system, providing quality services and ensuring its continuity.
