Abstract:
As technology is in a continuous evolution and expansion, just try to imagine robotic process automation integrated as a technology that assists a wide range of end-to-end educational flows. From learning assisted by a software robot trained with the help of machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence, to configuring such IT systems in educational management flows and creating an edu-based platform stored in secure cloud systems.

The integration of robotic process automation (RPA) into the education sector could be an innovation that gradually will be adopted by all learning units open to innovation and growth in terms of performance, efficiency and optimization of the operating system. As a solution for a future in which students will be much more focused on getting answers quickly, and performance will no longer mean just memorization, reproduction, ie a simple assimilation, but the ability to make valid connections quickly.

RPA can be used to automate tasks such as grading, scheduling, administrative tasks and the most important, assisted teaching and learning. This allows educators to focus on developing relationships with students and providing them quality education. In addition, RPA can also help to improve communication between educators and students by exposing in a more attractive way the content to be learnt for everyday classes. Thus, robotic process automation appears as a solution for improving the knowledge transmission process and a binder for education.

In the era of digital transformation, it is essential for institutions to automate tasks related to the managerial profile. The main objective is to provide agility, transparency, and efficiency in the management of data and processes. One of the first steps is to systematize the collection and standardization of data through automation. In this way, it is possible to obtain reliable information in real-time for making better decisions faster. Moreover, it is possible to streamline processes, optimize resources and save costs. The use of technology can help managers of educational institutions to be more strategic and focus on higher-level tasks.

Automating tasks related to the educational profile of institutions is mandatory to establish and maintain an assisted, optimized, flexible automation system that can provide solutions according to the needs and various requirements that may arise depending on new developments and integrated innovations in today's digital world.

This survey paper provides an overview of robotic process automation and applicability of software robots in making the students and employees life much easier through this type of integrated solution in the educational system.

In our article we present the results obtained based on a forecast study that presents elements that follow the future of education in the context of globalization. The contemporary period proves that we can no longer imagine the education of the future without technology. We have taken a step further and through the results of our research we present the performance in education achieved with the help of robotic process automation. Thus, the latest technology is brought into education in order to achieve a maximum level of performance in relation to the development of tomorrow's society.
