Abstract:
The society of knowledge requires the teachers to develop constantly their digital competence and introduce digital technology into their professional activities. Digitization of education implies the need to implement e-training and develop new formats and activities. E-learning is an essential part of modern education. Researchers study crucial factors which ensure the students' satisfaction of e-learning. An important factor in introducing interactive activities into e-learning is teachers' willingness to use them. The research used systematization and comparison of scientific statements on the e-learning, modeling of in-service teacher training and questionnaires on the choice of interactive exercises and areas of implementation. The study was attended by 210 Computer Science teachers and 5 teachers of In-service training institute.

We define interactive electronic exercises as educational information resource which realize the feedback possibility in the process of collecting, processing, producing, transmitting educational information. In order to determine the teachers' needs and opportunities of different subjects a survey was conducted. In order to determine the teachers' needs and opportunities of different subjects a survey was conducted.

In order to determine the teachers' needs and opportunities of different subjects a survey was conducted. Most of them (95.2%) pointed out that they need interactive exercises at the lessons: 84.3% of teachers use such learning apps as Kahoot, Quizizz, Plickers, Classtime, Thinglink liveworksheet, wiser.my, PlayPosit. Interactive exercises contribute to cognitive interest development, organization of formative assessment, learning individualization. Teachers noted (53.8%) that they did not consider themselves proficient users.

Interactive electronic methods fulfil active teaching methods, they can be used in typical classes, distance or blended learning.
There are designed modules for teachers: "Creating interactive presentations, vectors, videos, notebooks and posters", "Technology for creating electronic equipment", "Creating electronic technologies with interactive content", "Creating training videos and infographics", "Creating excеrcises for the work with an interactive board", "Creating interactive activities in online modules", “Creating interactive online excеrcises”.

Teachers have a piecemeal experience of using interactive exercises but they are willing to learn. Teachers can be taught to use interactive exercises in-service teachers training institutes. To provide high-quality education further research requires the introduction of interactive e-exercises in the teachers work and the analysis of their experience as for using interactive tools.
