Abstract:
Motivation of employees doing creative and intellectual work is one of the key factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of the work of the staff. However, the majority of creative and intellectual workers at various enterprises do not aspire to full use of all their knowledge and abilities. So, according to statistics, the employee uses only 20-30% of his abilities, acting within the framework of job descriptions and following all instructions, while the creative and intellectual potential of the employee does not become more active. Despite the relevance and practical significance of the problem of the motivation, theoretical and methodical plans in this area are not sufficiently developed. The article defines the importance of the motivation system for creative and intellectual labor as the basis for the strategic success of enterprises, analyzes methods for constructing a motivation system for creative and intellectual workers, and identifies factors that determine its effectiveness. By diagnosing the motivational system at enterprises with a high share of creative and intellectual work, the authors justify that material motivation is the basis of an effective system of payment of labor. Cognitive modeling is used to develop a sustainable system for managing labor relations and motivating employees for the creative and intellectual work. A variant of the topography of the labor relations management system was developed, which assumes the use of an insurance fund, and ensures the stability of the system to the adverse effect of external and internal factors. Recommendations are given on the improvement of the system of labor remuneration for workers of creative and intellectual labor, and directions for the further development of methods for motivating the employees of creative and intellectual labor at enterprises are suggested. The results can be used in educational process.
