Abstract:
The digitalization is closely connected to the emergence of digital technologies and new digital platforms, which requires the creation of a digital educational environment in each educational establishment. In this connection the question of practical and methodological activities arises.

The main aim of the research was to understand the attitude of three subjects of the educational process, i.e teachers of different disciplines, students and their parents towards the use of electronic resources on a Google Classroom platform at school №210 “Koriphey”, Yekaterinburg, in teaching and learning process and to identify the effectiveness of this use.

A method of pedagogical observation and questionnaire were used to obtain the data which was subject to analysis. The results confirmed the initial assumptions of the effectiveness of the use of electronic resources on a Google Classroom platform. However, they revealed the challenges for each group of the participants of the educational process, which are reflected in the article.

The modern world is undergoing unprecedented tremendous changes due to the situation with the coronavirus COVID-19, thus urging the system of education to adjust to the circumstances and adapt the approaches to teaching and learning. Electronic resources start playing the leading role in the sphere of education as the whole world is at the transition stage from regular classroom teaching to distance learning. The research on the basis of this particular school shows that using electronic educational resources on a regular basis makes this transition more efficient and less stressful.
