Abstract:

ITACA is a centralized system of communication and information through the use of information technologies and communication technologies (TICS), is configured as an innovative tool that supports the processes of management and transfer of administrative and academic information between educational establishments and education authorities in Valencian Community.

The introduction of new technologies through ITACA System, aims to improve the quality of education by encouraging active participation and permanent relation between all actors involved in the educational model, all through a open and dynamic system that will speed and reduce response times in the administrative procedures of the Department of Education.
