Abstract:

The paper presents an analysis of possible ways of international partnership in the context of the educational services development. International cooperation greatly enriches the university activity, broadens the sphere of interests and practical results in science, teaching and methodical work, and training of personnel, and promotes the involvement of the team into the world culture. Some international programs of academic mobility are considered as one of the mechanisms of mutual support of international exchange and cooperation. Particular attention is paid to issues of partnership relations, which are based on bilateral inter-university agreements. The role of information technology in the context of improving the accessibility of education is assessed. An example of an important role of innovations and reforms for the implementation of a specific partnership under the conditions of increasing number of higher education institutions is given.
