Abstract:
The Covid 19 pandemic has forced school's closures around the world and challenged educational institutions at all levels to go digital (Valverde-Berrocoso, Garrido-Arroyo, Burgos-Videla & Morales-Cevallos, 2020). Regarding this transformation, it is important to understand the adaptation process of the different stakeholders, as well as its impact in terms of involvement, motivation and learning.

In this context, we developed a pilot study that aims to analyse the attitudes, perceptions and motivations of students in a marketing management degree, from the 1st cycle of higher education, facing the learning process in distinct learning experiences, such as: face-to-face, online and hybrid learning (face-to-face and online).

The data collection instrument was built based on the adaptation of Serhan's questionnaire (Serhan, 2020), and whose sample is the Portuguese population, aiming to evaluate their perceptions, attitudes and motivations. This study involved students who, in the academic year 20/21, are enrolled in the 2nd and 3rd year of the marketing management degree, and the sampling was stratified by year and student schedules (daytime and night-time). Data were analysed using SPSS software.

The main contributions of this study are oriented to higher education institutions as well as to teachers, pointing out practical ways to improve teaching methodologies in different learning experiences, such as the use of active methodologies of multimodal character and the use of distinct evaluation techniques.
