This study delves into the integration of blockchain within the educational sector, scrutinizing its capacity to instigate a revolution in this domain. It aims to decipher the role of blockchain amid the broader context of digital evolution, assessing its efficacy in enriching learning experiences and addressing prevailing educational challenges. Rooted in existing scholarly work on digital innovations in educational frameworks, this paper particularly emphasizes the ascent of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality. It positions blockchain amidst these developments, revisiting prior research and advancements underscoring its escalating significance in academic environments. Adopting a case study methodology, the research concentrates on the practical application of blockchain technology within educational realms. It compiles and analyzes data from diverse academic institutions that have embraced blockchain for the fortification of academic credentials and the streamlining of credit transfer processes.
