Abstract:
The students of our universities are still having difficulties in developing research projects autonomously, especially from a gender perspective. To improve in this sense, it is necessary to move towards a teaching-learning model that places the students in the center. This will improve their capacity for carrying out research committed with gender transformations, as well as foment their autonomous learning with ICT. In this sense, the FAAMEF project aims to facilitate the autonomous and collaborative learning of feminist research methodologies with the construction, use and dissemination of an on-line repository in Zotero on feminist research methodologies. In this communication we briefly introduce the project and its specifics, and we enter into the analysis of the third stage of the project. This phase consisted in the familiarization with feminist research, as well as the use of the Zotero repository of feminist research methodologies by students of Sociology (degree and master) and Gender and Women studies (master) of the University of Barcelona. The repository was created by the students of Feminist Methodologies Research of the masters of studies of women, gender and citizenship of the previous year. The main results show that there is still a great lack of knowledge among the students regarding feminist research and, even more, the use of ICT tools of bibliographic management like Zotero. However, the experience of receiving a seminar about this and being able to work with a repository on feminist research methodologies has been useful for the learning of our students. On the one hand, they found the experience very satisfactory. On the other hand, they have improved their learning regarding the use of ICT tools for research and also for the development of research projects with a gender and feminist perspective. However, we still encountered some difficulties and more research and action is needed in our classrooms in this regard. This article presents results of the teaching innovation project of the University of Barcelona FAAMEF “facilitant l’aprenentatge autònom sobre metodologies de recerca feminista” (2014PID-UB / 059). This project is also part of the network GENCPOLIS "Género, ciudadanía y políticas" (GENCPOLIS- FEM2015-71218-REDT).Keywords:
