Abstract:
Cultural intelligence is defined as an individual competency to adjust man with modern cultures. It is assumed as a skill to effectively consider people with various cultural concepts. Cultural intelligence is, therefore, a product of the organization. The purpose of this research paper was to study cultural intelligence as a strike on curriculum to make it compatible with the global acceleration. Concept of cultural intelligence has then been applied into the education system. All 1700 two-year college students of Islamic Azad University- Pardis Branch- were taken as the population for the study. Their cultural intelligence were examined by use of standardized questionnaire introduced by Cultural Intelligence Organization of Iran. Data was analyzed by SPSS. The study showed a mean of 87.28 for the population's cultural intelligence, a little bit higher than the mean indicator 80 expected.
