Abstract:
Adolescence constitutes a stage characterized by various confusions regarding behaviors, behavior with others and with oneself ... "in general, everything is marked by contradiction and divergence" (Mancebo & Ocáriz, 2009). It is a stage in which the culture of immediacy is reflected by emotional instability, in which the curiosity to know, experiment and test its limits and the breakdown of family norms is part of its evolutionary stage. Currently adolescence enjoys greater personal freedom, which also involves some aspects of "lack of control" that are evident from the use of clothing aligned to their inclinations and interests, as well as the use of drugs or involvement in violent acts (Giménez & Graupera, 2006). In this context, a study was carried out that analyzes the use of emotive testimonial audiovisual as an educational technique to raise awareness of the violent behavior of young people at the Adolescent Offenders Center (CAI). All this through the quantitative analysis with the application of the questionnaire of violent attitudes. The sample for the study was formed by the 17 adolescents who reside in a state of internment and who belong to the total population. The results showed that the young offenders presented a change in their emotional attitude when they were visually represented, discussing the findings for intervention actions in reintegration and also in the prevention from the pedagogy of communication.
