Abstract:
Understanding the diverse needs of students in educational settings is essential for improving teaching methods and encouraging active student participation. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) provides a structured framework for categorizing personality preferences, offering valuable insights into individual learning styles. This presentation delves into how MBTI can be applied in education to foster more personalized and efficient learning experiences.

Supported by research and real-world examples, this presentation demonstrates how educators can leverage MBTI insights to customize instructional approaches according to students' cognitive preferences and learning behaviors. By acknowledging the distinct strengths and tendencies associated with each MBTI type, educators can craft learning activities that resonate with a broad range of learners, ultimately driving higher motivation, understanding, and knowledge retention.

This paper highlights the importance of employing MBTI as a tool to promote student-centered learning methods and empower educators to unlock each student's potential. Embracing the diversity in student personalities and learning preferences allows educators to establish an impactful educational setting, for everyone involved.
