Abstract:
The aim of the current report is to introduce the results achieved through the scientific research project „Communicational Model for Interactive Educational Environment for Post-Graduate Professional and Vocational Studies in the Field of Cultural and Creative Industries“. The efforts of the research team are motivated by the need to prove the importance of creating an interactive educational environment and the need to change the nature of the existing learning environment by using innovative training methods in postgraduate, vocational training. This, according to the authors, is one of the important factors determining the direct dependence between the innovating of the professional training of the future cadres and the quality of their subsequent executive and managerial activities in practice. The research explores the role of the interactive communication model adequate to the modern communications and regulations. It is based on the management of the information needed to upgrade professional competencies, modeling communication and information constructions, cultivating the thinking and attitudes, and stimulating specific actions related to the lifelong learning. There is a literary review of the state of the research on the problem and the main theories, publications and normative documents related to the interactive training. It is argued that the overcoming of social challenges goes through the formulation and implementation of models and that the main characteristic of the applied integrated communication model is information activity based on publicity and co-optation of the values and interests of all stakeholders: trainees and trainers,Centres for Vocational, National Agency for Vocational Education and Training, Labor offices etc. Thus, the main objective is the change in the nature of the learning environment: through current approaches in the management of the communication infrastructure and the organizational culture of the continuing education through cooperation of the stakeholders; through efficient, innovative interactive learning and intergenerational knowledge transfer methods – to change the thinking and motivation for self-build and permanent self-actualisation of the participants in the interactive process. The tasks of the study require the use of interdisciplinary research tools: an bibliographic study; studying models and best practices through information search strategies; retrieval and structuring of information; interviews, development of educational strategies, etc. The direct results of the implementation of the interactive model are associated with a better clarification of the status and the degree of assurance of the interactive educational environment in the lifelong learning process in the frame of CVT at ULSIT and in other educational institutions. Thanks to the developed model aimed at knowledge transfer and applicability of the results, the activity of other educational, professional-creative and business entities and potential users is stimulated. As a result of the seminars, the main recommendations for collaboration between the actors involved in the process and the agreements with creative and public organizations for the practical dual education of students are created through the development of joint training programs. The direct results are also related to the achieved final results of actually trained students with different levels of qualification within their enrolment in ULSIT's CVT.
