Abstract:

This study investigates the effects of interactive music-guided drawing activities in preschool classrooms on children’s creativity, cognitive development, and collaborative skills. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including detailed classroom observations, teacher surveys, and interviews with children, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the activities’ impact. Findings indicate that integrating music into group drawing tasks significantly increases engagement, encourages experimentation, and strengthens peer collaboration. Teachers reported notable improvements in students’ creative expression, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills, while children consistently expressed enjoyment, motivation, and greater confidence in their artistic work. The results provide strong evidence that music-based, interactive art projects support both individual and collective learning outcomes, creating dynamic and supportive learning environments in early childhood education.

This study emphasizes the pedagogical value of incorporating multi-sensory, collaborative, and innovative approaches into preschool curricula, highlighting their potential to enhance creativity, cognitive growth, and social competencies among young learners.
