Abstract:
The collaborative Web 2.0 is shown as a social and participatory Web, based on its potential for collaborative learning in groups that allows you: to create, to collaborate and to share intellectual content between all users in Internet, where anyone can edit the information presented.
Any formal educational environment, can be described adequately taking into account the three variables that interact in it: students, teachers, and content or knowledge. On the other hand, these three variables or components are mediated by distance, Internet and computer.
Because of the influence of the information and communication technologies in the design of collaborative learning activities, and under the supposition that the Web 2.0, by means of the use of tools orientated to a new learning and education model, causes the development of new capacities and skills in the students (cooperation, teamwork, and so on).
So, this paper studies some of the qualitative criteria of Web 2.0 tools and features that allow us to assess what has been called "Web 2.0 tools" that are associated with e-learning 2.0.
