Tools known as Web 2.0 tools allow you to create interaction and communication in online networks, because of Internet is a place for reading and writing information in it. This technological change implies a change in attitude, as it encourages participation in the creation of new content. It also allows the students to interact and learn together, sharing, thus, a wide range of resources such as calendars, wikis, blogs, online polls, pictures, videos, presentations, documents, books, personal libraries, scientific articles, and so on. This paper studies some of the qualitative criteria of Web 2.0 tools, since the point of view of their advantages for teaching, and with the objective of establishing a relationship of qualitative criteria that allow us to assess what has been called "Web 2.0 tools" that are associated with e-learning 2.0.
