Abstract:
After seeing the educational traditional expositions in many qualifications of Tourism, the present paper proposes some uses of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), applied successfully during the last three years on several subjects, which allow to support the innovation processes of teaching at the university. With that we try to help to relieve the fact that the current formative and academic programs are not sufficiently aligned with the needs of the tourist sector.

Our offer is based on methodologies addressed for learning and rested on the use of the ICT (Bonet, 2006; Gros and Forest, 2005; Onrubia, 2007), and orientated to the European EEES-space of Top Education and to the needs of the companies of the 21st century (Bozu and Singing, 2009; Gimeno, 2002; Goñi, 2005). The methodological proposed model is based on the support Internet 2.0, since the different tourist organizations continuously managing activities and services online (Lu and Lu, 2004; Werthner and Ricci, 2004). The electronic tourism (and-Tourism) is a good sample of the digitalization that there have suffered all the processes and chains of values of the tourist industries in their commercial activities (Pröll and Retschitzegger, 2000; Werthner and Ricci, 2004; Buhalis and O`Connor, 2005)
