Abstract:
The article presents findings to examine the development of innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff.
The aim of the research is to make up a model of the development of innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff. The research was carried out in three stages. At the first stage we searched for necessary information, then me made experiments and summarized results. Subjects of the pedagogical experiment were teachers with different levels of their working experience, qualifications and record of service. Research methods were theoretical (such as analysis, consolidation, systematization, a model design), empirical ( such as supervision, testing, discussion, experimental work), mathematical statistics methods (T- criterion of a student).
The authors carried out experiments.
The findings are the following:
1) theoretical conclusions on the problem of the development of innovative potential of the pedagogical staff;
2) a model of the development of innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff;
3) a criterion score system to define the findings of the development of innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff;
4) tips for educational establishments to develop innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff.
Based on theoretical insights and results of testing we defined 3 groups of pedagogical staff:
1) members of administration
2) teachers
3) tutors, supervisors and resource teachers.
In each group the author’s model was implemented, the same pedagogical conditions were created to ensure model implementation of development of innovative potential of a teacher.
Components of innovative potential are identified in the research. These are knowledge of innovative activity, their ability to fulfill the innovative activity, the ownership of information and communication technologies, motivation to the innovative activity, activity of thinking, independence. According to the results of our pedagogical experiment we can make a conclusion that the level of motivation has significantly changed in a positive way. The level of thinking activity has gained up to 12 per cent, the level of degree of self- sufficiency has gained up to 10 per cent in comparison with the beginning of the research. Findings show that the level of innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff has increased. It shows that a set of methods, forms and ways is necessary and sufficient to develop innovative potential of the educational establishment pedagogical staff successfully. And it was proved during the model implementation.Keywords:
