Abstract:
Formation of a national model of a competitive multi-level education, integrated into the global educational environment and satisfying the needs of the individual and society requires conformity of educational standards to international standards. For the preparation of training programs for IT professionals, selected well-known Computing Curricula 2001 (SS2001) and «Software Engineering 2004: Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate Degree Programs in Software Engineering», which gathered world-wide experience teaching of informatics and software engineering in universities and colleges [1 , 2].
To harmonize with the SS2001 [1] in the introductory sequence disciplines of IT specialties offered include the discipline of so-called general education cycle (CCCs) and the basic cycle (DB) on mandatory state standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (JI-SC).
There are three strategies for the implementation of an introductory cycle:
 approach and focuses on imperative programming;
 approach "with a focus on object-oriented programming";
 approach "with a focus on hardware.
Approach-oriented imperative programming "- it is the most traditional of all approaches. In 2006, the national standard cycle of induction courses for two IT specializations (050703 - Information Systems and 050704-Computers and software) are fully harmonized and includes the following disciplines:

1. Computers (1semestr).
2. Programming on algorithmic languages (1semestr).
3. Engineering (2semestr).

This approach provides a broader coverage of program that will enable students to better master these fundamental concepts before moving on.
Approach "with a focus on object-oriented programming also focuses on programming, but from the very beginning focuses on the principles of object-oriented design and programming. Three semester realization of this model includes the study of four disciplines:

1. Computers (1semestr).
2. Programming on algorithmic languages (1semester).
3. Engineering (2semester).
4. Object-Oriented Programming (3 semester)

The main advantage of this approach is that early exposure to object-oriented programming ¬ loan, which has become extremely important for both academia and industry.
Approach-oriented hardware, "teaches the basics of computer science, starting with machine level and then moving to more abstract concepts. Thus students can learn computer science series. Three semester realization of this model includes the study and four disciplines:

1. Computers (1semestr).
2. Programming on algorithmic languages (1semestr).
3. Engineering (2semestr).
4. Machine-Oriented Programming (3 semester)

For the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications. M. Tynyshpaeva, which prepares IT professionals for the transport industry, this hike is acceptable to both professions due to broad implementation of microprocessor technology in management processes, especially railway transport.
