Abstract:
A current information and communication technology (ICT) is on area which is globally and rapidly developing [1]. At the same time constantly progressing sciences and technologies are responsible for new ICT systems implementation, advancing and developing [2]. Thus, areas like science and education should always be aware of the state and popular trends in ICT. Universities of twenty first century should consider utilization of ICT means in terms of leveraging the quality of teaching and learning process as long as continues professional skills advancement process [3].

In technologically advanced countries, hardware and software developers are influencing educational programs adaptation. Therefore, it is vital to perform collaboration between educational organizations and companies that produce and operate ICT. This cooperation allows to deeper understand market demands regarding requirements for specialists’ qualification as well as contributes to create joint laboratories and educational trajectories. Great attention should be paid to organizing students’ internship at leading ICT companies.

In this work we will consider the example of increasing quality of engineering education in Kazakhstan implemented at International Information Technologies University together with companies that manufacture and operate ICT. There will be discussed current state and future perspectives that are introduced in new technologies such as mobile communication networks of 4th and 5th generation, digital media broadcasting, low earth orbit space systems, etc. Also, there will be analyzed outcomes of joint University-Industry laboratories creation and participation of ICT industry specialists in educational process.

Hereby, attracting industry to participate in educational process contributes both to develop professional skills of teaching stuff of university and quality of ICT specialists for Kazakhstan. This process is the key of educational organization development and transformation into modern knowledge centre.
