Abstract:
The research was focused on the value of education - a description of selected factors in pupils with disabilities. As a target group, pupils with hearing, visual or physical disabilities were selected. These pupils studied at secondary school for pupils with disability (hearing, visual, physical). The results contributed not only to the knowledge of this specific group but also helped to find opportunities for motivation and special pedagogical intervention in its present form. The aim was to create the characteristics of individual factors forming attitudes towards education, and which play a significant role in terms of the type of disability. The published study provides information on the phenomenon examined at national level. Statistical processing provided the basis for conclusions and information shifts towards a higher level of knowledge of specific activities and attitudes towards education in the target group. We believe that our results will be reflected in the planning of future research activities, practical activities in the field and further training of other teachers.
