Abstract:
The GreenPOP project: Green Program for Organic Production has been financed by the ERASMUS + PROGRAMME – KA2 Strategic Partnerships for VET. The aim of the project is to develop a Curricula for Vocational Education “VET” in Organic Production in Macedonia. The project methodology will be quite linear and includes i) diagnosis, ii) design, iii) implementation and iv) assessment. The diagnosis was composed by an analysis of the present VET education and the organic production education in Macedonia. The development of a Workshop provided information to guide the Curricula Design. The Ministry of Agriculture, an Adult Education Centre, Macedonian farmers and organic farmers associations participated at the Workshop. The main objective was to guide the Curricula to the labour market in organic production. The Curricula design was proposed as modules were, competences, learning outcomes, contents, activities and assessments were designed. For the Curricula implementation, a training of trainers will be taught in an organic farm. Macedonian trainers would be the main multipliers of the developed Curricula. The assessment of the project will measure the impact of the programme in the VET education centres and in the Macedonia labour market. The project will be finished in 2017 and will last three years.
