Abstract:

Digitalization, the rapid emergence of artificial intelligence, globalization of the labor market, and the emphasis on socially and economically sustainable entrepreneurship are creating pressure for innovation in education. This article presents the results of the international Erasmus+ project no. 2023-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000166871, aimed at innovating the structure and content of education in economics and management, with an emphasis on digitalization, sustainability, and the inclusion of migrants. The project brought together universities from Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Georgia, supporting international cooperation and the exchange of good practices in higher education. The project responds to the changing demands of students and employers by integrating modern educational approaches, interdisciplinary content, and inclusive teaching practices.

The methodology is based on a participatory strategy involving key stakeholders, including students, educators, and entrepreneurs in the partner countries. A series of workshops with business representatives was organized to ensure consistency between educational content and practical requirements. To support multilingual education, innovative teaching materials, including study texts, presentations, and educational videos, were created in a dual-language format, pairing Ukrainian with Slovak, Czech, Polish, and Georgian. These resources aim to overcome language barriers and enhance the internalization of professional terminology.

Based on qualitative research and a questionnaire survey, we can conclude that the emphasis on digitalization, sustainability, and inclusive strategies enhances the quality of education in economics and management while strengthening international cooperation. The project results have an impact on educational policy and practice and are transferable to similar initiatives in various countries.
