Abstract:
Dynamic economic changes, rapid technological progress, labor market globalization, and evolving expectations of students and employers are driving innovation in education. This article presents the experience gained from the implementation of the Erasmus+ project 2023-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000166871 Innovation of the Structure and Content of Education in the Field of Economics and Management with an Emphasis on Digitalization, Sustainability, and the Inclusion of Migrants. The aim of the project was to innovate the curriculum of the Economics and Management study program in response to digitalization and social changes. The bilingual educational materials and videos developed in the project reflect trends in digitalization and socio-economic sustainability, while supporting inclusive approaches for Ukrainian students. The objective of the research was to determine how Ukrainian students evaluate the bilingual study materials. The research was based on a questionnaire survey. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The research results indicate that Slovak-Ukrainian bilingual materials have become a key tool for overcoming language barriers. These materials helped students understand professional terminology and actively participate in discussions. The integration of digitalization, sustainability, and systematic support for migrants (including the creation of Slovak-Ukrainian bilingual materials) represents a path toward inclusive, flexible, and internationally competitive education. Keywords:
