Abstract:
Socio-economic challenges of society to the education system puts forward high requirements for the training of bachelors, masters and PhD students. Taking into account the influence of psychological patterns and factors is very important to improve the effectiveness of training.

We can mention the following factors determining success of training: high level of motivation to training; high level of cognitive abilities (memory, imagination), intelligence; interest in process of study as a type of activity; self-confidence, purposefulness, willpower, psychological tolerance to stress, the need for a positive assessment of others, a sense of duty, systematic, self-reliance and sustainability in the work, the life orientation of the individual, the ability to concentrate, hard work, consistency in actions, the ability to plan the result.
The use of all reserves arising from the possibility of taking into account the psychological characteristics of subjects of training and the use of information technology can significantly improve the effectiveness of training.

A special important place in the educational process is the stage of knowledge assessment. The modern system of education is characterized by the presence of constant monitoring of the formation of educational results in students. Monitoring is a continuous process of observation and recording of object parameters, comparative analysis of actual observation data with planned indicators. Implementation of monitoring at a large number of pupils assumes existence of the automated system of collecting, storage and the analysis of the fixed values of parameters of the description of this object for the analysis.

In turn, any assessment, control activity, monitoring procedures are components and continuation of the learning process itself, and these procedures should be used as efficiently as possible not only to determine the level of formation of educational results, but also to improve them.

It was studied that the direct and involuntary memorization was described by the parallelogram of memory. It was discovered that were 4 types of memory associated with the quickness of memory and the strength.

Main part of students differently remember different types of information: memorizing images, verbal-logical memorizing, - mixed memorizing. Students differ in memorizing information, depending on channel of data reception: visual, auditory, motor and mixed types. It is also believed that there are gender differences in the perception and memorization of information. Taking into account the individual characteristics of the person, based on the specific purpose of the procedure is very important in monitoring. Also we must pay attention to Individual features of memory change with age, verbal and logical memory, memorization of abstract concepts and theorems develops with age, in the learning process.

The purpose of this article is to finding out the preferable ways of learning and monitoring in order to take into account the difference in memory development. The authors experimentally found out the methodic for improving the educational process and evaluation of students learning by taking into account the type of memory. We experimentally found out the preferable regimes for effective learning for different types of student on the same educational material, developed the individual methodic for the evaluation procedure for different types of students.
