Abstract:
Introduction:
This paper described the effective solutions to improving mathematical education. The decision is based on the development of innovative computer educational programs which are able to identify the personal features of students. The main goal of the research is the substantiation of necessity of taking into account psychological characteristics of students in computer learning environment. This approach provides the most convenient conditions for the study of mathematics.

Brief description of methodology:
The author made a review of mathematics learning problems. After the analysis had been performed, the author proposed to use psychological diagnostics built in learning computer system. The author substantiated the need to design and develop the new type of educational computer systems. The computer educational system with built-in psychological diagnostic techniques should take into consideration the learners’ psychological peculiarities. The author has processed of results of the sample investigation in order to prove its idea.

Summary:
Тraining in a virtual learning environment with psychological diagnostics increases of effectiveness of education provides comfortable educational conditions.
