Abstract:

Feature films are real resources that can be easily applied in language classroms. This study provides some speaking activities before, during and after watching the film and a questionnarie given after watching the film to reflect students’ opinions about these activities. Several speaking activities about the film ‘Bee Movie’ is conducted by The students of Anadolu University School Of Foreign Languages. After then the effectiveness of these activities were tested by a questionnarie. At the end of this study it is understood that studying feature films to improve students’ speaking skills helps students in several ways. These results will be explained in the study.
