With this technology they do not need to travel out before having access to information for teaching and research but the major problems over years is that these technology facilities are not adequate and available in some of our tertiary institutions. Also, even when these technologies are available some lecturers do not have access to it. Secondly, because of poor access to electricity, and lack of qualified personnels to operate the facilities.
